Blairwood 11 - Light Crystal Chandelier

Very disappointed with the manufacturer, I received the light and was very happy to see it in my lounge but all my happiness turned into a nightmare, there were missing pieces so I contacted them to inform them about it but to my surprise they refused to send me the missing piece by telling me the installation wasnt then properly so we redo it again and still wasnt enough but manufacturer refused to send me the pieces I dont know what to do now, I cant return it because I have already sent it to Africa and now I have to wait till summer to bring it back for a refund process.

Absolutely gorgeous but didn’t realise it would take the best part of a day to assemble. Worth it but be prepared!

very dissapointed about this beautiful chandelier, first I bought this for my property from abroad , I was so happy after been mounted on the ceiling but the problems starter after couple months , First the problem started to burn 1 by 1 the bulbs , I didn't notice that is some issue from the chandelier I bought special bulbs from Mayfair ( Product Image 5 W E14 Dimmable LED Candle Light Bulb By Williston Forge Colour Temperature : 6000 ). I travel once at the years back home abroad and I didn't notice the problem is from the chandelier after te second visit on the Christmas time I realised around 4,5 bulbs burning slowly in 2 week time , I called specialised electrician who mounted the first time to check the electricity and to take down the chandeiler even after fixing on the ceiling is very have and difficult to remove because of the weigh of the chandelair , he find the problem inside the chandelier . The problem said is from the manufacture and cannot be fixed . I want to mention I been use this chandelier only 4-5 times since 2022 when I bought it from wayfair , I called customer service to report this and they ask me to send photo . I send them video and photo about the poor quality of the bulbs and the metal of the chandelier and its been taken month to answer to me finally after 3 years they ask me to send back the chandelier to be investigate by ( Mercer41 ) who is the pretending company who sell this product and after that to refund me back is is the issue from the manufacturer , The big issue is when I send the photos and video as well to show how blowing up the light couple times and is abroad and im traveling back one a year and I have to wait for another year to go back and to take it back to London . please do not but this product is no safe and not quality , the crystal is amazing I love it te colour is beautiful but quality not .
