As usual, an absolute quality product from yourselves. Friends and family talk about it and I love turning it for them by remote control.

The fan is efficient and quiet however the light flickers to the point where we do not use it as it is annoying

These lights are bound to be fiddly due to the addition of the remote control receiver. What lets this one down however is the bottom plate which houses the light filament. It's virtually impossible to fit as per the instructions due to the bulky wiring and the shallowness of the plate. I had to tape the wiring to the plate and then screw the plate up without the use of the slotted oversized holes-just not possible. Also with hindsight would have cut off the wiring label, as that now catches and makes an irritating clicking noise. Also these lights should be provided with a spare remote control so that you can use it from both ends of the room. I couldn't buy a spare one, so opted for one from a different make-fortunately it works. It's a shame to have to give this product an indifferent review, as it looks great, the light is really bright and the fan is extremely powerful-just what you need on a hot day.
