The lamp looks lovely but only one side of the lamp is working. It arrived around 18.00 and it was just taken out and tested to see how it looks. Please can I have this lamp collected and a new lamp with both LED lights on each side working

Love this lamp it is so modern looking. It is really bright and lights up my living room. Loved that it was assembled and just had to lift out of the box and plug in.
