The glass was flimsy and chipped however I reported this and received a replacement in 2 days, very impressed with the service

Looks exactly as pictured but the output of the light itself is not that bright.

I think these lamps were perfect for our conservatory. The pull chord looks cheap but I had ours hooked straight in the mains and the electrician took the chords out solving the issue. You might switch the pulleys to something prettier. The glass is a bit fiddly so be careful with those. Managed to drop one but it luckily didn't break! I think the lights offer great value.

Bought 2 of these for our new conservatory. They look good on the wall and are ideal for a conservatory. Very pleased with my purchase.
