Very stylish well made lamps - just what I was looking for

A well made pretty piece for a traditional setting like mine,but I think it would look well in a more modern situation too.I wish I had ordered bulbs for it at the same time.

Great value for money. Shades more ochre than in the photos which appear quite white and with a more pronounced ivy like design. Not necessarily a negative as it certainly works for us in our home and gives a more friendly warm light. the shade supports as mentioned by others do not show through but beware of candle type bulbs as they protrude from the top spoiling the look especially if new power saving types. Choose a lower profile lamp for inclusion of radiant light and better suffusion of warm glow.

The shade was completely different than on the picture, however, as it was white, i decided to keep them. The base is nice and all at a bargain price.

Very good lamp. I have bought three as such a good price, tallish and elegant, would suit a lounge or bedroom.
