Great bulbs needed for my new lamps

They are perfect for these lamps but I did have to ring customer service when they first came as they said dimmable on the box , the lady in question Monica was very polite and most helpful

I bought 2 lamps and these light bulbs appeared as an option. I assumed that because the bulbs were dismantle, then my lamps must also be fimmzble so I went ahead with the purchase at great expense. But the lamps have no facility to dim the bulb so ordinary bulbs would have been more appropriate and cheaper.
