DO NOT BUY. I received this item , it was missing the bulbs that were included and arrived with a scorch mark on two of the shades . After contacting wayfair which took at least 40 mins typing over and back , I was told they would send out the bulbs and replacement shade. Two wks later not so much as an email with any update . Contacted wayfair again .. the same thing texting over and back to discover There was a problem with shipment. The rep ordered it again. Said I would have an email updating when they would arrive . Another 2 wks later I get an email saying there is no replacement available and sorry for any inconvenience . That was it . So I am left with a light fitting with scorched shade and no bulbs . The first rep offered for me to go and buy the bulbs myself and they would give me a refund for bulbs , but I turned this down as I read another review someone accepted this offer and the bulbs specified on their website do not fit . And they wouldn't doanything else as the customer had taken a part refund and they were no longer responsible . I have spent another hour on the phone again today , and told I'll have to wait for an email from another department to arrange a return to get a refund . I am now over 4 wks waiting for this to be resolved . The customer service is below standard . So I am left waiting again . No refund and a light fitting not fit for purpose. I wish I had not taken a chance that my order would be okay after reading the other review . So my advice would don't take the chance , buy elsewhere.

The light arrived and initially thought was lovely. Then i discover the bulbs, MR16 LED's were missing as well as the rod. I made contact with customer services, who after some checking said they would be unable to supply the bulbs before end of February. I was offered a refund so that I could get the bulbs myself. I spent hours and could not locate any with the screw type fitting on the light. I made contact again to be told that I could not return the item as I had accepted a discount. Which was not accurate, in fact at some point the bulbs had been removed as they clearly would not fit. The bulb code MR16 was indeed incorrect. Eventually the agent understood what I was saying. I am now waiting for the item to be collected, it is missing its bulbs and the rod and I have just learnt that the item may have had its information changed on the web site. Be very careful that you understand the fitting for the bulb in the light and therefore you have the correct bulb for it. I may well take this matter to trading standards as I would not like anyone to have to go through what I did with an agent who until I started to get angry was adamant I could not return the item. I lost all faith in the item as nice as it looked.

Really good quality. I needed a light fitting for an attic bedroom with low ceiling height. Looks great.
