Lamp came with power cable cut! So disappointed and angry…!

base was too flimsy light kept falling over made of too thin tin which would buckle over

The lamp was damaged cut wire would not stand straight, i have returned item

Annoyed is an understatement, I was excited to open the box for my new floor lamp to discover it doesn’t even stand up straight and is broken in different areas. For the price I have paid for this light I am disgusted- I am annoyed I have had to give it even one star!!!

Really lovely lamp. Can change levels easily. Cosy looking and bright when necessary. Modern.

So classy and option of 3 light settings to set the mood really elegant love it

Sadly I have now ordered 3 lamps that have been poor overall. Lamp 1 all as ordered- good. Lamp 2 said online battery powered but was mains- had to be returned. Excellent post purchase customer service - quick and easy return and refund. Ordered different lamp - lamp good but no remote or instructions this time to dim as too bright. Replacement control ordered.
