Run the fan anti-clockwise in the summer to keep your home cool. In the winter, run the fan in the opposite, clockwise, direction for optimum results. This will distribute the warm air in each room evenly and eliminate the cold and any draughts. For ease of use, the Urban Gale fan also includes a wall switch. Please note: The ABS plastic blades of the ceiling fan run at a higher speed than conventional ceiling fans; therefore it must be installed at least 3.05 metres above the floor.
