Ambrosia 13 - Light Crystal Chandelier

A stunning looking chandelier which was surprising easy to assemble. Despite the packaging having a couple of hundred different crystal strings to hang on the frame, it was quite easy since they were well marked, well manufactured and hung on the various hangers solidly. Absolutely stunning to look at, it particularly benefits from a dimmer switch for different times of the evening.

The chandelier is absolutely stunning, I employed an electrician to install it, it was easy to fit. The crystals were well identified by letter and the instructions for dressing the chandelier easy to follow. My only disappointment lies with the execution of my order, as I ordered 2 packs of the recommended LED candle bulbs, which did not arrive with the order. so now I have a fabulous chandelier which I am unable to light! I contacted Wayfair immediately to inform them of the missing goods and they were unable to do anything about this problem until they had e-mailed both the warehouse and the courier to ascertain what had happened , this could not be dealt with until the following Tuesday! Also I was told that I would receive an e-mail to advise me of my delivery day and time slot. This did not happen, although it is logged on the tracking site. It was not in my In Box nor the Junk Box.The staff at Wayfair customer services are most pleasant to deal with, although they are unable to deal with problems outside their control. I shall now have to wait and see how long I have to wait for the missing LED bulbs to arrive.
