Great item - no problems with it- however it is an absolute miracle that it arrived undamaged. Who have you you got packing your items? There was no "Fragile" marking on the box, the box was torn and open when it arrived from DHL and the packing material was a few bits of newspaper that weren't event wrapped around the item. I really think you need to take a look at what is going on in your despatch department. I am lucky that I did not have to return this item.

This is a good quality lampshade, easy to fit, but mine had a little discolouration on one side
