Ridiculous!! A knotted up pile of string and A COMB! YES A COMB!!! So for a touch over £25 I am supposed to spend hours and hours combing out each bit of string in order that it vaguely resembles the pictured lampshade, which of course it doesn't!!! No indication when buying this lampshades that it wasn't fully completed or that it was a DIY project. Utterly bizarre. Things haven't got better now I've attempted to return it, i booked a pick up, printed my label, had it all ready for next day pick up and .....nothing, nobody has turned up and despite confirming it would be picked up ...still nothing...I've phoned Wayfair customer services.....oh yes, there's delays, but over a week, still delays???? So they won't refund me till they have the parcel back!!!! Should I charge them interest on my money that they're holding???? I've since found out im not alone in this 'delayed' collection and withholding of refunds. Come on Wayfair....... sort your mess out!!! Oh and , don't buy that lampshades it's ridiculous!!!
