Excellent product

I was pleased with this stylish floor lamp. I little fiddly to put together, but not difficult. I think the glass lamp could be a bit bigger. The only downside is bulbs aren’t included. But still very pleased with this purchase.

Great design and gives excellent light

Lovely lamp easy assembly, but had trouble getting right bulbs would be great if bulbs come with it or if you sold them separately.

I was disappointed in the product because the quality is lower than expected, and the small lamp's design and material is so bad that I couldn't re-install the cover after installing the bulb! I wish I could return the whole lamp, but I bought two of them. I am now unable to use the small lamp!

Sleek and smart yet simple and compact

So happy with the end result!! Unfortunately we had some issues with our first delivery but the customer service team is so efficient that a week later we received our brand new lamp, which we are so happy with! It provides really great light and we love the detail it has with the twirl design! Easy to assemble though the bulbs are not included!

When purchasing the website recommended a lightbulb to go with it. I placed the order late Sunday evening. Noticed first thing Monday morning the website error so called, apparently too late to cancel even though it was the website error. The website had recommended completely the wrong lightbulb. I tried a return but couldn't return an item I hadn't received yet and then I had to pay a return postage fee, I refuse to believe the item shipped quite that quickly as it took most of the week to actually receive everything. During my digging for the lightbulb I then found the lamp available on the national lighting website for £40 less, again couldn't cancel without returning, paying a return fee. Anyone reading this review please check the national lighting website (look up 'SOLEIL | 2-Light Tall Floor Lamp') for the exact same lamp for £77 not £118 and don't make my mistake. The lamp itself is okay quality. Bulbs are very energy inefficient and it produces as much heat as light so I'm expecting expensive utility bills. I've ended up keeping it as it's large and heavy and the nearest return drop-off was miles away and by the time I've factored in a taxi+ return postage I'm not saving much money by getting the lamp from them. Disappointed. Only positive is the staff I dealt with over the phone were absolutely lovely. Shame about the product and website/company
