Ordering, delivery and arrival were all good. But all the photos of the product show the interior metal mesh with crystals as copper coloured metal. There was no colour option on the order form. The product arrived with silver/chrome mesh. Only when I checked the specifications, right at the bottom, metal=stainless steel. No point in returning it as there is no option for copper as per all the pictures so I have taken all the crystals out, sprayed the mesh and the ceiling fixings bat and reattached the crystals. Now the beautiful lights look just like the photos and I love them but it cost me £10 in copper metallic spray paint.. Anonymous. Thu Apr 16 2026

The Wayfair picture suggests the 'stems' are a dark metal and the crystal drops are a yellow/brown hue which would have been perfect for my bedroom, which has a woodland theme (using a Wayfair's woodland mural), and I had wanted the pendant light because it mimicked a tree. Whilst the description says 'silver' the picture said differently, but 'silver' is correct for the stems, and the crystal drops are clear plastic. It does look cheaper than the price, but it serves a purpose and the crystal drops do pick up the room's surrounding colours which explains the misleading photo. It does look attractive once it is hung, but I do think Wayfair should change the photo to one more realistic so that buyers are not disappointed, as I was.. Alice. Southend-on-sea, GB. This gorgeous chandelier with 85 crystal beads (no cheap plastic parts and stones) and 3 bulb sockets is a real eye-catcher in any environment and ideal for private and industrial purposes. I had issues getting this order. It took the best part of 1-2months as there were shipping problems etc. A couple of crystals were broken, good things they included a few spare ones.
