Positives: light, reasonably easy to assemble, looks really nice once put up, reasonably cheap. Negatives: some of the base holes where too small for the supplied ground fittings and had to be re-drilled wider, black paint chips easily, internal wire could be a little longer.. Ugo. These ultra-bright bulbs are not only energy saving (only 4W) but they give equivalent light output to 40W halogen bulbs.
