Don't buy this light. It does not spread cosy, warm, ambient light as the description suggests. Instead it forces retina melting photons out with the same ferocity as a sun which is 10x the power of ours. It is not dimmable. Just don't get it. You will have regrets, it will also cause serious spousal irritability. Suitable for use in a laboratory or operating theatre and maybe warning vessels at sea of treacherous rocky coastlines. Not for domestic use. I cut the box up to provide a protective sheet to make it on, so need to figure out how to send this back. Back to hell. Despite paying for the delivery and the estimated deliverywas next day, the item arrived several days late, causing unnecessary stress and forcing me to pay for a missed electrician appointment. On top of that, the packaging was completely inadequate, and the fittings arrived with visible dents. For a premium product, I expected far better care and service. Really disappointed with this thing. For £170 pounds I was expecting something half decent. What I got was a a box with the ceiling fitting itself then separately individually boxed were 5 lamp shades. Essentially some pick and mix cheap lighting that once fitted looks like I picked it up in B&M bargains for 20 quid. This would be fine, but it was £170 QUID! Outrageous. Do not waste your money. I’ll now have to pay for the pleasure of sending it back. Wayfair asks for this review and offered me a fiver to do so so if that happens at least that will go to the return fee!. Anonymous.
