I’ve contacted wayfair 3 times now, they reinstated the replacement part & assured me it would fine however after a further 2 weeks, they’ve emailed again to cancel the replacement without my consent. They said the description was inaccurate- however, that is not my issue. I ordered the product based on the description at the time or ordering. I’m extremely disappointed by wayfair. Exactly as described and pictures, we needed to shorten the chains a lot as it does hang very low in full length, but no problem to do. The wires for the hanging bulbs are different lengths which makes placing them easy.. Anonymous. Sat Mar 20 2021
