These fans are really excellent, great value, look fantastic and are really robust. I bought two for my lounge, I pre assembled them, ( a little bit fiddly but no major problem ). Then my son in law ( who is a qualified electrician), fitted them. He remarked how easy it was to fit, he particularly liked them having smaller blades. The fans work perfectly and so far we have found that the lower setting is fine for our needs. The fans are keeping us nice and cool and look attractive, perfect addition to our home. I would highly recommend these fans ( however I would recommend they be fitted properly by a qualified electrician for safety reasons). I’d give it five stars but I have 3 minor complaints- the light is too him, I don’t like the way it sits against the ceiling because it doesn’t look “finished”, and I really really wish the lowest setting was lower. It has 6 speeds and the lowest is too high for a gentle breeze to just get the air moving. I think the current lowest speed should be second or even third. I do love that you can have it go in reverse to disperse heat during colder months. And I’m beyond happy to have a ceiling fan (I bought three). After my electrician installed this fan, we found that the transformer and the remote didn’t work. Luckily, Wayfair sent me a new part immediately. However, once up and working, I found that the high setting isn’t very effective at all, it’s rather noisy and the dimmer light doesn’t dim, it flickers annoyingly or on full is so bright that my eyes see the imprint of the led shade after looking away It’s expensive but the quality in my opinion falls short.
