Exactly like the picture and fits our 1922 house perfectly. I’d like to say it’s just like the picture, which the ball is, but Wayfair doesn’t have 2 different pictures for the bronze or brass parts. We went with bronze which is like a dark gold, not like a brand new penny. Install wasn’t bad despite the directions were pretty lacking with only tiny pictures to show it. As someone who is not an electrician, took some time but it all worked out. For the picture, I have an amber light in there so it’s not blinding. Ps. Excellent quality materials, even the the pendulum chain is actually of high quality. A good size , was afraid that it might be a bit small before it arrived but no it was absolutely spot on, a good weighty product, nothing cheapish here. Could be more happy. I got the idea in a local lighting shop but the price there was €479 so I'm more that delighted I shopped around. Also arrived quite quickly, so happy out there in that department too. We brought this light and had some issuesdamage with it on arrival however this was from the courier and delivery. The quality of this light is 1010 the metal work to fabric shade is of a really high quality, the size and dimensions are accurate and the light really is a showstopper price, we have hung the lights at the minimum ceiling hang and the chain adapted well, easy to fit and alter to suit.
