Light fitting arrived with most pendants missing , broken and missing flower attachments. When I called to report they told me it would take at least 10 days to send the missing pendant (compared to the 3 days it took to deliver the actual light fitting). The quality of this product is very poor. It’s very flimsy and the pendants need to be hung on tiny plastic decorative features which are stuck on with glue 9and by the way were the buts that were broken and missing). Beading is also off centre for most of the fixture. Im waiting on customer services to get back to me as I’m nervous hanging pendants on a very flimsy base.. Jaini. London, GB. Mon Dec 09 2019
