Delivery - Arrived next day which was excellent. Packaging - Very good and secure. Assembly - Didn't really need the instructions as you can easily guess what you need to do, and it was very easy to assemble. Quality - The lampshade itself is just a flat piece of canvas, which clips around two rings and fastens via velcro. Once put together, and you hide the velcro edge away from sight, it looks decent. Just managing expectations for a cheapish floor lamp in case you're expecting something more high-end. The pole comes in four pieces and screws together.
