These are a great quality. Heavy and substantial. I am delighted with them. They do need a lot of patience to put together however. It took three of us to out them together. Each glass prism has to be connected by hand. It took 90 minutes to do two. We realised we should have put the middle section in first, before adding the square sections on the body. We formed a crew, each doing a different task. One connecting the wires to the prisms, one organising the parts, and one fitting them on. This chandelier is very beautiful- from afar. Putting it together took me about 45 minutes. It wasn’t difficult, just time consuming. I had to unwrap and assemble each separate piece of the chandelier. The glass pieces are attached by bendable nails. I’m not a big fan of this as they were very long and they visibly hang down once assembled and looks haphazard. I’m going to get a wire cutter and shorten them so they’re not as visible. Wanted a pendant that fit the modern Scandinavian vibe of our house, knowing it might be a bit undersized. Overall an interesting and unusual fixture and when we get a larger 100w equivalent bulb it should provide sufficient light. See photos for light dispersion. Assembly was definitely a surprise.
