Classic louvered Elena Outdoor Wall Lantern with PIR Sensor finished in polished stainless steel with clear glass shade. With adjustable PIR sensor detects heat and automatically activates the light. The PIR can be altered to suit various detection angles and illumination times. Perfect for use with LED filament lamps.

The first lantern to arrive was faulty, the sensor was not working. I went on line and filled in a simple form and was immediately informed, that a replacement lantern would be dispatched at once. This arrived in two days and is working perfectly. Excellent service which thoroughly deserves a recommendation. It is not the first thing that I have had from Wayfair and will not be the last.. This modern stainless-steel light fitting will add a touch of style to any home, while also providing safety and security. It combines form and function by being incredibly simple to install and use. As it runs on 4 x C 1.5v type batteries (not included), there is no complex wiring and no need to hire an electrician. It simply screws onto the wall with the fittings provided. Once installed, you can choose from two active modes: Fully on and Auto. Switch to Fully on mode to have the light constantly on or turn it to Auto to have the light activated by the PIR (at night only). The PIR will keep the light on for 30 seconds after the last detection (detection range is up to eight metres) The integrated LED with mirror plate produces a bright 110lm cool white glow (6000K), so you can see clearly as you or anyone else approaches your property. The IP44 rating means it is weather resistant and fully suited to outdoor use.

Taking inspiration from both industrial and nautical design and boasting a new painted brushed steel finish, this outdoor wall lantern makes a style statement that is equally suited for use indoors or out. It is constructed of a weather-resistant composite material for added strength, durability and longevity.

Misleading to a point it's a scum! The spec says that its construction is metal. IT IS NOT - IT'S PLASTIC. So I do not recommend anyone contemplate spending this much on a PLASTIC light fixture. It has a tiny metal sheet(8cmx8cm/thin) as part of construction where it is hidden. For its large size, you then get easily mislead thinking it is metal/glass you are paying the price for. You nearly caught me! Returning for a full refund including the return postage. Disgraceful.. Anonymous. Woodford Green, GB. Tue Feb 16 2021
