Lovely light fitting which I love in its place but OMG it is not easy to fit!! I thought it would come partly put together and then just hang it and add bulbs. The individual pendants need to be adjusted in length, the components all need to be fitted together firstly and then you need to try and wire it up! It is to hang in a stairwell so we needed two of us, two ladders and alot of awkward adjusting, trying to get the screw holes to align, to the base plate rose. This light looks lovely once in place. However there were things wrong with it. 1. Broken retaining ring for the shade fixture, so had to be glued together. 2. Plastic screws supplied to grip the cables in the ceiling fixtures were not long enough so not fit for purpose. We had to buy our own. Its ok if you are a really competent at D.I.Y. Terrible product. Didn't come with instructions. You had scan a QR code and even that was complicated as didn't have exact light instructions. Had to call company.
