The installation is also very simple, you can hang it on the wall of your hallway or door step for some warm light that will guide your way.
The lamp is well made and attractive. Hanging it was a bit of a challenge, mostly because the assembly instructions are supplied as fairly indecipherable pictograms. The shade, which is made of cheap paper, comes disassembled, and was impossible to manipulate into place, so I ended up using another shade that I already had.
