Compliments the bed. Needed to replace the brass sconces. The only issue i had was that the mounting bracket screws did not align well with the electrical boc because the mounting studs for the lamp were in the way. Needs an X shaped bracket with a screw in the middle ti be more versatile with the lamp studs on one part and the other is open for attaching to receptacle box. The light itself is nice, however, the shade is attached around the rim with flimsy velcrow, I've had these lamps up for only a few days and the adhesive securing the velcrow to the shade has already come away, rendering it useless and unattachable.
