These hanging lights are very pretty when you get them put together. You have to watch a video for instructions with a QR code. Keep in mind you need to use both hands and pull and push down with your thumb. I did go a bit fast on the last one and the end wood piece broke. I was able to tuck it back where it went. Terrible product. Didn't come with instructions. You had scan a QR code and even that was complicated as didn't have exact light instructions. Had to call company. They told me to follow instructions of similar with circular base. One tear drop shade came slightly dented. Was prepared to live with that and face it the other way.
