I was a little bit sceptical at first, but once the box was opened the fan looked to be the right size for the room needed, the speeds are very good and the light is brilliant, we got an electrician to fit it as I wasn’t comfortable it putting it up but it looks like you can do it yourself the instructions for how to use the remote were handy also. I love this light fitting with the fan. The lights have a variety of colours that you would normally need different bulbs to create. It looks amazing and the fan offers a fair breeze when needed. These fans are really excellent, great value, look fantastic and are really robust. I bought two for my lounge, I pre assembled them, ( a little bit fiddly but no major problem ). Then my son in law ( who is a qualified electrician), fitted them. He remarked how easy it was to fit, he particularly liked them having smaller blades. The fans work perfectly and so far we have found that the lower setting is fine for our needs. The fans are keeping us nice and cool and look attractive, perfect addition to our home. I would highly recommend these fans ( however I would recommend they be fitted properly by a qualified electrician for safety reasons). Unfortunately I do not recommend this ceiling fan and light. Having 4 light stems makes the light fitting fat too bright as there is no dimming feature. Bulbs with a low wattage are really hard to source and even with the lowest wattage I could find.....the lighting is still too bright and I'm having to use only one light stem. The Danny was great at first but still within the first year the mechanism has become faulty and the bearing has become very loud. Although I am experiencing this fault.
