Very poor. You have to completely build this lamp from scratch including all the electrical aspects, or employ an electrician! Very unsafe if you don't have a clue about electrics. Beautiful dimmable touch lamp. Looks pretty and elegant during day, however, at night time shows lovely backflush of light. It is convenient that I do not need a switch during night. Just to touch anywhere on the base of the lamp, and it lights up. I used AA+ dimmable bulbs, so environmentally friendly. It does not need any installation. I just needed to fix 2 crystals, which got loose during delivery. I am really pleased with the product. Beware of small crystals around small children. They can be easily removed. Don't let them play with it unattended. I have tried to provide the pictures, however, my login on laptop does not seem to be connected to login on phone. Each time I tried to login via phone, it tells me I have done no purchases and there are no products to review, despite it shows my name and address.
