I bought this product as it had the purple light strand unlike other stores with similar product. This was to match the purple carpet. Terrible product. Didn't come with instructions. You had scan a QR code and even that was complicated as didn't have exact light instructions. Had to call company. They told me to follow instructions of similar with circular base. One tear drop shade came slightly dented. Was prepared to live with that and face it the other way. Really disappointed with this light fitting. Having looked at so many spider lights, because I wanted the effect with coloured shades to brighten up the kitchen. And while this looked great on the screen in reality the light shades are tinny and not in nice colours and the flexes are heavy cable which feel too stiff to drape well when looped on the ceiling. Very annoyed, the bar only has 3 holes drilled in it do I've only been able to hang 3 of the pendants. No instructions either or lost of what parts should be there. I would have returned if I'd known sooner but my electrician has come today to fit in and told me. Went with making the best of it as I had to pay him for the job whether he did it or not.
