Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, das einzigste was bisher positiv ist war die schnelle Lieferung dieser Leuchte. Als ich sie auspackte, war ein Glas total verschoben bzw. nicht sauber schräg abgeschnitten. Habe es dann selbst korrigiert und einigermaßen in Ordnung gebracht. Das nächste ist eine total Krumme Lampenfassung im inneren der Leuchte. Diese habe ich noch nicht in Ordnung bringen können. Am liebsten wäre mir, eine neue Leuchtenlieferung, die von ihnen kontrolliert wird und auch zu hundertprozent in Ordnung ist. Bild habe ich gerade nicht zur Verfügung, da ich nicht zu Hause bin. Aber wenn sie es möchten bzw. darauf bestehen, kann ich es gerne hinzufügen. Habe noch 3 Gartenleuchten aus Granitstein bestellt. Jetzt sollen diese Leuchten erst am 11. September geliefert werden. Bräuchte diese Leuchten sehr dringend zum montieren für den Garten. Warum so eine lange Lieferzeit?? Bin sehr enttäuscht und hoffe sehr auf eine positive Reaktion ihrerseits.
