Brilliant idea! My son had one of these when he was young and I have ordered this one to go in my Grandson's bedroom. The stories you can tell involving travels in the balloon about your child and all his family and toys are endless. He absolutley loves it. Saw that some of the other reviews mentioned the shade is easily damaged. It is paper, so I expected it to be delicate, but the red part does seem especially fragile. A dramatic and eye-catching design. Unfortunately, it is constructed by rolling the drawing onto the two plastic frames. This takes a bit of practice to have it firm and unwrinkled. While you are practicing(!) you must ensure you don't have anything lying around that will puncture or discolour the drawing, or lose the tackiness of the velcro. Probably - for the high price - a ready-made item is expected. I can understand the flat-pack principle, but don't support it in this instance. One further point, although I found the design striking and unusual, my wife described it as 'pornographic'.
