The clean rectangular frame and base create a sculptural silhouette that will give your room an impressive upgrade. It also gives off a vibe of high class thanks to its pared-down profile in a stylish black finish. It is undeniably an eye-catcher wherever you decide to place it.

Lamp looks exactly as pictured and was packaged well. The only setup required was plugging the head cable into the switch cord. Initially, there was a second or so delay between switching it on (from the wall) and the lamp lighting up, but after a day, this is no longer the case. Be warned, the rectangle LED piece is more flexible than you may think, so keep this in mind when moving it around and ensure you carry from the base whilst guiding the lamp part for support. Listen to the instructions and avoid looking directly at the light, because it is indeed incredibly bright. The style and size is exactly what I was looking for in my little reading book. The lamp was very easy to assemble and only took a few minutes to put it all together. My only critiques is that the metal on the lampshade is more of a yellow gold compared to the antique goldbrass of the lamp. And my husband and I noticed too it does not seem that sturdy when adjusting the height or arm of the lamp. Overall, I would definitely recommend because it is exactly the style I was looking for..
