I searched the net for a replacement light fitting for an aging wooden unit that was now unsafe. I tried all the high profile places without success. One more general search threw up Wayfair, which I have never used before. There I found exactly what I was looking for and it happened to be in their sale. I’m careful when using new places to buy from but PayPal was available as a payment method, the deliver charge and time were excellent so I bought the fitting and booked an electrician. The package arrived on time and was exactly as described on the website and has now been fitted. My wife and are very pleased with it, we are both 88 years old and it was important that the unit looked good in our older house, it looks great. The light is beautiful quality and we did not use the chain. Although a little more expensive than other lights I consider it well worth the money. Disappointingly it arrived without the light bulbs despite it being clearly indicated they would be included, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Really love this light fitting. It looks great on the hallway as the ceiling is very high where we have the stairs going up to the loft conversion. It is excellent quality and matches the house.
