I searched the net for a replacement light fitting for an aging wooden unit that was now unsafe. I tried all the high profile places without success. One more general search threw up Wayfair, which I have never used before. There I found exactly what I was looking for and it happened to be in their sale. I’m careful when using new places to buy from but PayPal was available as a payment method, the deliver charge and time were excellent so I bought the fitting and booked an electrician. The package arrived on time and was exactly as described on the website and has now been fitted. My wife and are very pleased with it, we are both 88 years old and it was important that the unit looked good in our older house, it looks great. I subsequently learned that Wayfair has an Irish base, it set me thinking of home. Thanks for the excellent service, the website is great too, brief factual information clearly displayed. Modern UGO lamps show a minimalist design approach. Their simple design allows them to fit into most interior design arrangements, regardless of their theme style. The colours are made of thick frosted glass, which gives the light that comes out of them the impression of a slightly foggy glow. UGO bulbs can be used as main lighting or optional - this depends on individual needs and preferences.

Awful light. Nightmare to put up, pieces snapping off, leaves black marks on everything it touches. Ceiling brackets don’t even align, tiny cheap screws to put it together. Will be seeking a full refund and returning this awful chandelier.. Anonymous. Tue Nov 11 2025

I love the light! Be aware when ordering this though! We ordered our light in October 2023, it came and was damaged (where 2 bits of metal were welded had come apart so we couldn't hang the outer row of glass pieces), I called for a replacement which they ordered but bad to wait until end of January for it to arrive due to it not being in stock. 2nd piece arrived, waited a couple of weeks for the electrician to come, when we cam to put it up the middle rings were completely oval so would have looked very odd when hanging, and some of the welded metal bits were at a complete wonk so would not have been strong enough to hold the light up. Very disappointed I asked for another replacement, got told the 3rd was on the way, 3 weeks later I got an email saying they had cancelled my order?! No idea why, so I had to recall and reorder! Finally the 3rd replacement came, unfortunately the top metal bit that attaches to the ceiling had a huge scratch on it, thankfully my husband was able to swap it over with one of our first lights. Finally 6 months after we ordered we have a light up! Just a warning for those ordering! Not sure this company are great at quality control!. Anonymous. Fri Apr 12 2024
