This light looks absolutely gorgeous up, it really finishes off my bedroom. However, it was extremely fiddly to put together, each petrol has 2 bolts which you have to feed the wires through, so that took a long time. Then it was difficult to put up because the wires are too short really. Needs 2 people. The fan isn't the most powerful, I have it right over my bed on level 6 highest and it's a gentle breeze. Very well made and easy to put together. Good value and looks and works great. The only downside to the whole process was the delivery with Evri, I was informed it was next day delivery, given a time slot which changed then an email to say they couldn’t deliver. Gotta admit, the light was better than we expected. The light combinations between actinic light (6500K) and yellow light (3000K) make this a mood synchronizer. Initially when turned on it was too dim, then we realized it was in the middle of it's intensity. The brightest intensity adequately lights up our kitchen. The fan we deemed weak, perhaps because our previous fixture was a light&fan combo that had bigger 3' diameter blades. Fan flow in our opinion is offset by the inconspicuousness of the fan as it is transparent, a nice feature. It has a remote you could loose and appears to hold it's last setting when turned on. I think this is because the fixture connects to constant power and switched power but don't quote me on that. It works to how we wish it to work. Overall it's great.. Ruth. Fri May 01 2026
