The size and measurement dimensions are good. Packaging is good. Installation was tricky, with each of the individual light shards needing to be inserted. It's not obvious from the pictures, but the LED light is only on the bottom, not on the top, and that's worth considering if you have a large room. The light glass shards need to be installed one by one, so it's very difficult to get them straight, so up close the it's uneven. I searched the net for a replacement light fitting for an aging wooden unit that was now unsafe. I tried all the high profile places without success. One more general search threw up Wayfair, which I have never used before. There I found exactly what I was looking for and it happened to be in their sale. I’m careful when using new places to buy from but PayPal was available as a payment method, the deliver charge and time were excellent so I bought the fitting and booked an electrician. The package arrived on time and was exactly as described on the website and has now been fitted. My wife and are very pleased with it, we are both 88 years old and it was important that the unit looked good in our older house, it looks great. I subsequently learned that Wayfair has an Irish base, it set me thinking of home. Thanks for the excellent service, the website is great too, brief factual information clearly displayed. But the Crystal with the black trim is so pretty and matches the rest of my lighting. It is a little tedious to attach all of the crystals. The top row is the trickiest.
