My wife and I replaced two very old, very outdated lights in our hallway that's about 50 feet long with these in white and gold.
They weren't difficult to install, and I used Molly bolts on each end to attach them to the ceiling rather than the screws that came with it. I didn't attach screws to the junction box at all, and that made keeping them perfectly straight and centered much easier. The Molly bolts are more than sturdy to enough to hold the light firmly in place.
