Ordering, delivery and arrival were all good. But all the photos of the product show the interior metal mesh with crystals as copper coloured metal. There was no colour option on the order form. The product arrived with silver/chrome mesh. Only when I checked the specifications, right at the bottom, metal=stainless steel. No point in returning it as there is no option for copper as per all the pictures so I have taken all the crystals out, sprayed the mesh and the ceiling fixings bat and reattached the crystals. These hanging lights are very pretty when you get them put together. You have to watch a video for instructions with a QR code. Great pendants! The bulb is completely hidden by the frosted glass. I have mine with LED bulbs and theyre on a dimmer. Theyre also on my sloped ceiling, so theyre pretty much compatible with everything. As the other reviews have said, it can be tricky to change the bulbs after its assembled. I didnt have an issue with it because I have small handsarms and they fit pretty easily in the frosted glass canister (which is approx 3.25 in diameter). Overall, people love them, and I do too!
