There are available 30 different combinations wood/textile of this lamp. Inspiration for this lamp came from Leonardo Da Vinci's drawing of the Archimedean solid truncated icosahedron. Hence the name 'Atlante', as a homage to the famous renaissance genius and his studies such as 'Codice Atlantico'. The truncated icosahedron is actually an all too famous solid as it is the shape of the soccer ball.

Consisting of 20 equilateral triangular faces, the icosahedron is one of the Platonic solids. Its shape with the thicknesses chosen by us results in a rather "solid" solid. That is, its lines cover its surface for a good 30%. The light that filters through is therefore smaller and more tenuous than other solids we make.

A diamond shaped lamp made of three parts. One part is walnut and inner and outer parts is ash. The parts pivot on the lampholder’s screw.

The ash wood lamp is 'trapped' inside a walnut wood lamp. The smaller lamp inside can be turned around which results in a change in the shadow patterns that the lamp casts on the wall and ceiling.

A wooden lamp inspired by the shape that is given to diamonds. A very elegant object that goes well with a modern environment. To build this particular solid it is necessary to "stretch" two of the opposite sides of a hexagon for the upper faces and eliminate one of the sides opposite to the elongated side, so that the other two adjacent sides meet for the lower faces.

Dodecahedron hung by a vertex, a totally different experience! This lamp differs from the other dodecahedrons only because it hangs from a vertex of the solid. This results in a totally different perspective. We made this version in olive wood.

The truncated octahedron is one of the thirteen Archimedean polyhedra, obtained by truncating the cusps of the regular octahedron. It has 14 regular faces, of which 8 are hexagonal and 6 are square. According to the "Kelvin conjecture" the truncated octahedron is the ideal geometric figure to fill a three-dimensional space.
