This extensive range of security PIR floodlights offers you a great array of options to light up your home exterior. The PIR sensor has a significant range, that you can adjust if necessary. The passive infrared sensor will activate the light when it detects movement from any heat source. Using the intuitive, adjustable settings you can choose what time of day it will activate and how long it will stay on for. These floodlights are easy to install and use, with the provided fixing equipment your power cable wires into the ‘Plug and Play’ connector and inserts directly to the light without the need of opening it up which allows it to stay fully sealed. The fixing allows for rotational movement of 160° horizontally and 90° vertically. The diffuser ensures an even and glare-free distribution of light. These can be modified using tightening screws. The slimline factor looks modern and attractive but not intrusive. The durable die-cast aluminum housing and fully weatherproofed IP44 rating make them built to last and suitable for all outdoor applications. These lights are bright and efficient providing over 80 lumens per watt, saving you money while providing consistent and powerful light for the security of your home or business. This light has an IP44 weatherproof rating for outdoor use. This means that it is designed to withstand splashing water and offers limited dust resistance, making it an excellent choice for various outdoor settings. However, please note that this wall light is not intended for use in fully exposed outdoor areas, such as open courtyards or locations directly exposed to heavy rainfall. It's best suited for areas where it can enjoy some protection from the elements, such as those covered by a soffit, gutter or porch.

First of all I have to say the Wayfair Customer Service have been excellent. I can’t give a review for this light as the company who dispatched the light have sent us the incorrect light twice, even though Wayfair specifically asked them to check the correct 50watt light was sent rather than a 20 watt. Haven’t tried to install the light as it’s not the correct one and I need a 50watt. Wayfair have refunded the cost and we now have 2, 20watt lights that we don’t need or want as the company that dispatched them don’t require them back.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 05 2024

Prompt delivery and I love the look of the light however, we have not been able to install as we are still awaiting a third light so electrician can install all three together. Not hearing where this light is doesn’t help either.. Joy. Huntingdon, GB. Fri Aug 27 2021

This security floodlight has been cleverly designed to solve one of the major setbacks of solar lights - running out of power! Alongside the solar panel, you can install 3 x C batteries, which act as backup power for the lamp if the built-in rechargeable battery ever runs out of power at night. The built-in rechargeable battery will charge during the day and provide around 430 (10 sec) activations. If it drops below usable power, the 3 x C batteries will activate, providing an additional 2880 (10sec) activations. Supplied with L brackets each for the light and solar panel that allows you to install to fence posts, railings, pergolas, etc with no drilling required and will not need an electrician to install. The powerful 6W LEDs provide 600lm of cool white (6000K) light on activation, with adjustable settings for lux and timing.

Very good. Michelle Ann. Salisbury, GB. Fri Dec 03 2021
