The lamp is very well made, heavy and happy with it overall, there is just 1 small but significant aspect with this lamp-the shade, just like in the picture-does not perfectly align, tried everything. Also if I were to re-design the light I would put the shade slightly 'lower' since when you look at the lamp from a bit of distance (eg your sofa) you can see 'under' the light, if it were 1 cm lower would be perfect. A lovely reading lamp. It was very hard to find this style of lamp in chrome rather than a brass or gold finish so I was delighted to find it on Wayfair. The fist lamp sent to me was damaged but I called Customer Service and a replacement lamp was sent straight away with no questions asked. The shade isn’t really high quality but it does the job. The plug on this lamp is continental so you need an adapter plug if buying it from the uk. A great find that looks lovely. I would definitely recommend the lamp and Wayfair to everyone.. Margaret.
