After my electrician installed this fan, we found that the transformer and the remote didn’t work. Luckily, Wayfair sent me a new part immediately. However, once up and working, I found that the high setting isn’t very effective at all, it’s rather noisy and the dimmer light doesn’t dim, it flickers annoyingly or on full is so bright that my eyes see the imprint of the led shade after looking away It’s expensive but the quality in my opinion falls short. The fan was a little confusing putting it up by ourselves, but the instructions were clear enough for us to figure it out. I love that they give a step by step instructions book (most are online now, making it hard to read with your phone, while trying to do the work) the fan came out beautifully, and looks gorgeous on the ceiling! Everything works wonderfully and it's cool all the settings for the fan and the light.
