Sadly the fans, whilst looked great were returned, there were absolutely no instructions on installation, just a list of what was included in the box. When I scanned the remote control instructions (or tried to) I was immediately warned the site was dangerous by my internet security browsers. I searched online for any YouTube instructions which may assist but sadly there was nothing available.. Jan B. West Yorkshire. Mon Jul 20 2026

Very well made and easy to put together. Good value and looks and works great. The only downside to the whole process was the delivery with Evri, I was informed it was next day delivery, given a time slot which changed then an email to say they couldn’t deliver. The next day I received an email for delivery. Later in the day a time slot but they delivered to next door and didn’t even try my house after I waited in so not great.. Karen. Baldock, GB.
