Who will assemble my item?
Your assembly will be completed by a trusted Tasker from our provider, Taskrabbit. Every Tasker is background-checked and rated highly by customers for being professional, friendly, and efficient.

When will my item be assembled?
For Taskrabbit assembly, your Tasker will arrive on the assembly date you select, as soon as one day after your delivery. You’ll receive an email confirming your assembly date and time. You can easily reschedule anytime through My Account or via Taskrabbit.

What’s included in my assembly?
Your Tasker will unpack and assemble your item in the room you have chosen for your item to be assembled. The Tasker can secure your item to a wall if your item includes a tip-over restraint. Afterwards, the Tasker will tidy up your space. However, packaging removal or disposal is not included.

How much does assembly cost?
Prices vary depending on the item and its associated assembly time. For items that take longer than 60 minutes, assembly prices start from £49.99. The price is shown upfront on the product page so there are no hidden costs.

How do I reschedule or cancel my assembly service?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time through My Account on your My Orders page. If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please contact Taskrabbit. 

What if I have an issue with my assembly service?
For any issues regarding your service, please reach out to Wayfair Customer Service, and we will be happy to assist you. Please be advised that any issues not relating to your service (i.e. damaged/defective product upon delivery, missing parts, etc.) will need to be reported in the My Orders section of your My Account page within 30 days of product delivery. 

Will I ever be asked to pay more?
No, even if the task takes longer than our expected time, you'll never be asked to pay more than the fixed price. You may optionally tip your Tasker for a job well done. 

How will my service be scheduled if I order Taskrabbit assembly on more than one product?
Taskrabbit will schedule the assembly appointment to occur after the last item is delivered. One Tasker will be assigned to complete all assemblies. You can contact Taskrabbit to request separate bookings.
