Description and online manual clearly shows a built-in USB and audio port in the arm base. This was a selling point for me. This does not have that at all, just a plain metal disk with no connections. Looks solidly built though.

The build quality seem great and the adjustment on it is fantastic just remember to tighten the bolts, as once tightened the arms hold the monitors perfectly.

Quality, finish, colour and packaging: 5/5 Ease of fitting : 4/5 I think there is room to make the installation and adjustment more user friendly (Apple has spoilt us :grinning:) The instructions are super clear. Usability : 5/5 I normally don’t change monitor configurations once they are set but I’m happy that I have the flexibility I think the usb port is very inaccessible could be at an angle rather than right angle Cable management is so-so

Easy to put together, strong and immediately makes desk tidier. The plastic covers to hide cables can be a little difficult to work out (they slide off on the lower arms and pop off on the uppers) the desk clamp was adequate to hold 3 monitor set up firmly so although the bolt through option is nice to have you don’t need to worry about having to drill through a good table

High quality arms and good features (usb 3.0 port and headphone/mic ports to go into the back of the PC so you can keep cables more tidy). I had a couple of issues with it purchasing, which were that I didn't initially know how to adjust the spring arms, and I didn't find the instructions that clear, but a quick google fixed that. I also had an issue where one of the threads gave way whilst tightening, but I got in touch with the email address provided in the packaging and they sent another unit out the next day, so I thought that was really good, responsive customer service. Overall I'm happy and I'd recommend them. I've actually bought a couple of their garden products as I was so pleased with this one, and their customer service.
