62cm H x 40.5cm W Utility Cart with Wheels

There's a pipe missing from the pieces which should be in the box. I cannot put the three tiers together without it. Can you send me one please. I have never received the missing part and now would like you to replace the complete item.

Great little cart, is only plastic so didn’t expect it to be too sturdy, but been really useful in a gap in my kitchen units can hold more weight than expected (bottles of juice etc).

Just a lightweight easy to assemble( no screw driver needed) unit for a few of my daily kitchen items, think it would struggle with really heavy items, but suits me fine for kitchen roll, airfreshner etc , arrived when stated and was kept upto date so many thanks
