Ergo Waiting Room Chair

Just the job. Great service from Wayfair. Delivered quicker than indicated. Quality chair. Smart looking, supportive and comfortable. It tucks under my desk so as to create more space in the room when not in use. Instructions provided not very helpful. Assembly was a little tricky - getting the bolts to reach through the frame to the seat bracket. I phoned the help line and they were both quick to answer and helpful with advice, (don't lean the back of the chair on the floor when trying to insert the bolts). Also, the washers provided were too large to allow them to sit side by side. I had to find some smaller diameter ones. But I got there and I'm very happy with my chair!

Bought this chair after breaking two office swivel chairs in a twelve month! I sit down at a desk most of my working day, and is comfortable for me. I do have to remember to step out as no wheels, but no more creaky chair that leans to one side. Delivery was as advised. Assembled myself without too much bother! Very pleased!
