Symple Stuff 143cm H Magazine Rack

The product is fine. It is well made and looks as you would expect for the price. However, someone in your digital team needs to rocket up their collected arses for posting incorrect descriptions. It isn't made of BAMBOO and it certainly isn't ready-made! As a wheelchair user, bought it for that reason and when I complained I was told only a refund on collection would be available. I explained that I could get a handyman to build it on my behalf and would expect those costs to be covered by Wayfair - customer services politely refused. I am going to take this complaint viral. I am appalled to be treated with so much contempt.
