Delivery was fast and well packaged. Check list enclosed which was great and instructions easy to follow. The linen material on the chair looks and feels good. However a tad disappointing in the wood! several marks and a couple of chips doesn’t look the best of woods. On saying that the most of the marks are hidden by the custions. Really love the look and functionality of these chairs. I have only had them about a week they are super comfortable and definitely waterproof and sun proof. I can’t tell you longevity wise if they’re going to stain or not but so far they have been exactly what I ordered. The reason I gave them four stars just because they were pretty difficult to put together some of the pre-drilled and threaded metal screw holes did not lineup on the seats and the bases.
